Ontario Law Applies

The laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein shall govern use of the Site and the interpretation, validity and effect of these terms and conditions, including ACF Pardons & Waivers’ privacy policy, notwithstanding any conflict of laws, provisions or your domicile, residence or physical location.
