Since 1997, ACF Pardons & Waivers founder Arlene Chee Foon has been helping Canadians obtain their Criminal Pardon, now called a Record Suspension and U.S. Entry Waiver.  Arlene is a Paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, and is a partner in the firm ACF Legal Services, which she also co-founded in 1997.

Arlene is an accredited fingerprint technician, certified to take and submit electronic fingerprints by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. 

In 2009, Arlene founded the company E Scan Fingerprinting and now takes electronic fingerprints for her Record Suspension and U.S. Waiver clients, as well as many of her competitor's clients.  E Scan Fingerprinting is partnered with ClearNeed Information Systems, which is among the leaders in providing fast and secure electronic fingerprinting submissions.

Arlene has compiled a team of professionals dedicated to customer service and processing record suspension applications in the most efficient and effective manner possible.  All information provided is held strictly confidential and all record suspension and waivers are subject to strict policies which ensure the protection of all ACF Pardons and Waiver clients' personal information.
